* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

1st and 2nd shift Production/Process Improvement Supervisor

Position Purpose:

The Production/Process Improvement Supervisor is responsible for leading production within their department as well as hourly team memebers to attain production and quality goals while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
The person in this position is responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged and team oriented workforce in order to improve business results.
A high performer in this position will identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues; ensure production resources (including materials, equipment, and human resources) are available as needed to maintain product scheudles, support conintiuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.

Job Duties

This position is responsible for providing quality pediatric patient care on shift.
* Ensures cleanliness of office and clinical environment.
* Creates a welcoming environment and acts as a patient advocate.
* Observes, assesses, triages, and takes a action on all patients according to protocol.

Specific
Duties and Responsibilities for the Shift Supervisor Role:
* Supervisor Staff
+ Ensure staff arrive on time, leave as scheduled, approve overtime as needed.
+ Ensure all duties are completed.
+ Allow breaks as time/flow allows.
+ Delegate tasks/duties as needed.

* Patient/Clinic Flow/Supervision
+ Delegate tasks as needed to ensure shift flows smoothly and wait times are kept at a minimum.
+ Supervise/oversee registration, triage, vital signs, lab tests, procedures, medication administration and discharges.
+ Understands, ensures, and/or performs lab controls per COLA regulations.
+ Understands proper maintenance/problem solving on machines including CBC, I-Stat, urinalysis, autoclave and Xray, and when to call for assistance.
+ Call Site Manager on call and/or Medical Director as needed for guidance on shift.

* Patient Care
+ Perform triage and discharge.
+ Obtain and perform lab tests on patient specimens.
+ Intravenous, intramuscular, venipunctures and catheterizations as per protocol and MD order.
+ Administer medications.
+ Perform and assist with splinting and procedures.
+ Follow orders per MD and company protocol, in a timely fashion with professionalism, courtesy, competence and accuracy. Perform procedural sedation.
+ Updates physician as needed.
+ Discharges patient/family providing written and verbal instructions and ensuring understanding by parent/guardian/patient.
+ Involve self or shift MD for problems arising on shift with patients or parents.

* Cultures
+ Ensure all cultures received in a timely manner.
+ Document results in EMR and consult MD.
+ Ensure all results scanned into EMR and faxed to PCP.
+ Call parents per protocol with results.
+ Call prescriptions in as needed.
+ Ensure all labs requisitions are accurate.
+ Ensure labs to appropriate facility via appropriate route.

* Documentation
+ Perform narcotic count with MD at beginning and end of shift.
+ Ensure self pay patients are charged correctly with MD signature.
+ Ensure QA/QC completed.
+ Incident reports filed as needed.

* Code Cart/Safety/Environment
+ Check all components of code cart and complete checkout.
+ Check oxygen tanks at beginning and end of shift, making sure they are turned off at end of use/shift.
+ Notify Operations Manger if low oxygen levels.
+ Ensure environmental and safety concerns are met, including BWM, machines (coulter, computers) working properly, facility is clean, and supplies are ordered as needed.
+ Follow protocol for discharging patient who has received IV or IM medications.

* Transfer/Admit Patients
+ Clear, concise report to admitting facility.
+ Perform necessary patient care until patient/family leaves facility via private car, or ALS/BLS ambulance, as ordered by shift physician.
+ Ensure documentation/paperwork is complete.

Job Requirements
* Associates Degree Required.
* Must be a Florida Licensed RN or LPN required.
* PALS certification required.
* Minimum of three (3) years job related experience required.
* Minimum of three (3) years of clinical pediatric experience required.
* Emergency room/urgent care/ICU experience required.

* Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.
* Shovels loose materials such as sand, gravel, metals, plastics, or chemicals, into machine hoppers or into vehicles and containers such as wheelbarrows, scrap truck, or barrels

The Assembler I position is an entry-level position.
The Assembler I may rotate between several manufacturing areas performing different assembly job tasks. The Assembler I position is responsible for inspecting boards throughout the process to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
The Assembler I position performs repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations to mass produce printed circuit boards (PCBs) until they are completed to accepted test procedures and routing operations, per customer specifications, by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities
* Read and understand written product processes/procedures for properly assembling of PCBs.
* Installation of mechanical and electrical components including the operation of basic assembly equipment by placing thru hole components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) per our process and procedure.
* Perform bench-type processes to complete electronic assemblies and subassemblies, using small hand tools, de-panelizing boards (breaking ends off PCBs), masking (adding or removing tape) and applying silicone around components.
* Prep PCBs for installation by cutting and/or crimping leads.
* Work as a Team to assure that PCBs are completed correctly by verifying the work of each Assembler throughout the process and pointing out those errors so they can be corrected immediately to eliminate errors.
* Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department team-lead or supervisor.
* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
* Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

Visitor Services/Security Assistant, 3rd Shift

OVERVIEW:
The Visitor Services/Security Assistant 3rd Shift provides exceptional customer service and general security support to all museum visitors. This position is responsible for the monitoring of all CCTV cameras as well as communicating issues, incidents, and general operations updates to all on duty officers. Responsible for effective administration and management of automated security and fire life safety systems. The incumbent must be familiar with all procedures and operations of the Control Room.

SCHEDULE:
11 pm-7 am (third shift) 5 days a week

REPORTS TO:
Security 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisor

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensure the integrity and functionality of the security systems within the museum and remote site locations through consistently monitoring the cameras, computers, and other systems within the Control Room and throughout the Museum after hours.

2.Monitors and routes emergency calls from within and outside the museum campus. Contacts Shift Supervisor in the event of a problem or concern. Adheres to written protocols and professional expectations for oversight of staff, contractor and visitor pedestrian and vehicular traffic after hours and before opening.

3.Ensures visitor and campus security through observation, the timely reporting of concerns or incidents, providing crowd control, performing emergency assistance (basic first aid, fire extinguishers and evacuation/relocation), reuniting lost children.

4. Provides leadership in emergency protocols for evacuations and relocation and assists visitors and staff in the event of an emergency. Participates in the Safety Warden program and ensures emergency response for all emergency situations and drills.

5.Maintains a solid attendance record and adhere to the Standards and Expectations manual at all times.

6.Proactively seeks up to date information to remain knowledgeable of museum daily operations and activities, way-finding and emergency protocols.

7.May be asked to represents the VR and Security department through the execution of job duties and assignments, such as garage greeter, cross walk, parking assistant, Security check-in and dock during events.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must have proven experience in customer service and knowledge of security and emergency protocols.
2.Must be CPR/First Aid certified or have the ability to be certified in 6 months.
3.Must have a valid driver’s license.
4.Must enjoy constant interaction with people and have the ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner, even under high-stress situations.
5.Must possess computer data entry skills and the ability to handle and reconcile cash.
6.Must maintain a positive working relationship with a large team of diverse staff and volunteers.
7.Must be able to work weekends and available on holidays and evening shifts.
8.Must be able to quickly move throughout the museum and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

*Special consideration given to those applicants who are multi-lingual.

1.Must be able to review daily handouts and email communication. Must be able to interface with computer monitor screen.

The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to operate spray guns to apply primer and finish coating of paint to all types of parts and units for company products. Must have the ability to mask surfaces and attain smooth/even surfaces; following specifications. Must possess basic math skills. May load and/or unload parts from racks. Must possess knowledge of how to maintain spray guns in serviceable condition (as well as paint booths).

What You Will Need:

Two plus years of hands-on experience with industrial painting.

Must have the ability to operate spray guns to apply primer and finish coating of paint to all types of parts and units for company products.

What Will Put You Ahead?

High School Diploma/GED

Three plus years of industrial painting. Ability to paint with carbon-zinc paints and other types of water-based paints.

Physical Demands And Unusual Working Conditions:

Able to work in industrial environment. Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Walking, standing, stooping, crouching.
Must be able to pass respirator-fit test.

Other Considerations:

This is a 1st shift position. Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Warehouse Management System Superuser – 1st Shift

What youll do on a typical day:
* Define business requirements for the software, develop and conduct training, and resolve discrepancies to achieve company and customer objectives successfully
* Coordinate the collection, documentation, and communication of business requirements and best practices to the IT team
* Conduct training for software implementation for maintenance, startups, and upgrades
* Create training documents and resources for system users
* Work with IT to develop testing scenarios, conduct system tests, identify discrepancies, properly troubleshoot solutions, and provide resolutions as needed
* Proactively communicate with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:
* 2 years of experience in logistics system implementation
* Knowledge of automated software systems and implementation
* Distribution/warehousing experience
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management application, and database systems

Itd be great if you also have:
* Knowledge of SAP
* Bachelors degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

2nd Shift STTT Fabrications Team Lead 2 – Athens, GA

You will lead your team in efforts to support continuous improvement This position is under limited supervisor and works under general supervision, coordinates, oversees and monitors activities within a specific factory function in Fabrication. This person will report to a Section Manger.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* This position requires a thorough knowledge and demonstrated skills for fabrication processes including robotic and manual welding.
* Capable of learning basic CNC machining operations
* Uses various tools provided in the work area to perform duties and may include the use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs.
* Positions heavy fabricated metal components in fit-up jigs and weld fixtures utilizing overhead and jib cranes
* Operates robotic and manual weld machines
* Inspects own work quality utilizing weld gages, tape measure, and attribute gages
* In station repair on defective welds utilizing carbon air arc process, grinders, etc.
* Able to clear common robotic welding system faults in all qualified work stations.
* Complete routine maintenance (wire change, tip/nozzle change) in all qualified stations
* Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste
* Elimination, and Standard Work
* Thorough knowledge of CPS concepts and tools. Must be capable of performing standard work in the entire value stream.
* Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
* Coordinates, oversees, and monitors activities in a fabrication value stream
* First point of contact for questions related to employee job functions
* Performance of administrative functions and may be accountable for daily team PQVC metric boards
* May provide input on schedule/build adjustments
* May communicate with cross-functional leaders
* Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with team members
* Relies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks.
* Communicate potential build schedule, inventory or manpower issues and solutions to section manager.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work
* Contributing team member
* Train new and develop existing employees
* Liaison between team members and section managers
* Responsible for training other team members in Standard Work
