The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Division provides a variety of individual services to persons with disabilities in preparation for their employment in the competitive labor market and to employers seeking to retain valuable employees with disabilities or hire qualified individuals for their workforce.

As a condition of employment with Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency, you must successfully complete a mandatory federal and national background check, Pre-employment testing, and additional checks required for your job.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Interviews referrals, completes VR applications, and obtain documentation of disabilities at designated sites according to agency guidelines as requested. In consultation with Counselor, makes job site and home visits for observation and facilitation of client services. Provide job readiness, assessment, and training based on the assessed client needs. Provides job lead training based on assessed client needs

Coordinate and Facilitates OASIS/Job Club Workshops. Utilizes a variety of software applications in the development or design of documents and visual aids to meet agency needs. Backs up data files according to proper format. Provides back up support to the VR Office Assistant or other VR Counselor assistants as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Two years experience in human services delivery, which includes direct client interaction, arranging services and coordinating support activities including conducting job clubs, conducting assessments, and assisting with job fairs. Experience training on process and/or presenting training materials Advanced level experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and team oriented High level of customer service skills

2nd Shift STTT Fabrications Team Lead 2 – Athens, GA

Standard

You will lead your team in efforts to support continuous improvement This position is under limited supervisor and works under general supervision, coordinates, oversees and monitors activities within a specific factory function in Fabrication. This person will report to a Section Manger.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* This position requires a thorough knowledge and demonstrated skills for fabrication processes including robotic and manual welding.
* Capable of learning basic CNC machining operations
* Uses various tools provided in the work area to perform duties and may include the use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs.
* Positions heavy fabricated metal components in fit-up jigs and weld fixtures utilizing overhead and jib cranes
* Operates robotic and manual weld machines
* Inspects own work quality utilizing weld gages, tape measure, and attribute gages
* In station repair on defective welds utilizing carbon air arc process, grinders, etc.
* Able to clear common robotic welding system faults in all qualified work stations.
* Complete routine maintenance (wire change, tip/nozzle change) in all qualified stations
* Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste
* Elimination, and Standard Work
* Thorough knowledge of CPS concepts and tools. Must be capable of performing standard work in the entire value stream.
* Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
* Coordinates, oversees, and monitors activities in a fabrication value stream
* First point of contact for questions related to employee job functions
* Performance of administrative functions and may be accountable for daily team PQVC metric boards
* May provide input on schedule/build adjustments
* May communicate with cross-functional leaders
* Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with team members
* Relies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks.
* Communicate potential build schedule, inventory or manpower issues and solutions to section manager.

Job Description: This is straight medical transcription of IMEs as an independent contractor. The rate of
pay starts at 9 cents per line (65-character line, including template), with annual increases of 1/2 cent
per line, up to a maximum of 11 cents per line. Pay cycles are twice monthly with payment by direct
deposit. Looking for someone that can transcribe a BARE MINIMUM of six hours a day, five days a week. You
set your days/hours of work but all work will have a deadline ranging from two to eight hours during your
specified work schedule.

Candidates must have OUTSTANDING grammar, punctuation, and proofing skills. If you have average skills,
this job is not for you. Must have exceptional skills for creating complicated tables and use of MS Words
higher-level formatting functions. Equipment required includes high-speed internet, USB foot pedal, MS
Word 2007 or later, a program capable of playing .dss voice files (like Express Scribe), and an intimate
knowledge of MS Word.

The data entry team will be taking member correspondence and making required updates to member demographic information
such as updating names, addresses, spelling corrections, etc. within the clients database. Representatives will be
responsible for deciphering what updates are needed and ensuring timely and accurate updates to within the system. This
position will begin as onsite position but after performance goals are consistently met individuals MAY be able to
transition to working at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Review correspondence via scanned documents to determine what information needs to be updated
Update member demographic information directly in to client data systems
Use judgement to determine if information needs to be sent to additional departments based on subject of correspondence
Review discrepancies in data received and advise Supervisor as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience navigating multiple computer systems and screens
Password management
Strong attention to detail
Strong data entry experience
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Strong technical skills
