The HR Business Analyst supports the execution of the human capital strategy across customer groups. They will use data and analytics to support the delivery of HR solutions to the business, including, but not limited to, organization development and effectiveness, change management, talent management and development, workforce planning, succession management, diversity and inclusion, employee wellness.

The Respiratory Therapist Reg NICU position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana
Duties
* The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for performing respiratory care (and cardiac testing) duties as assigned; Participates in emergency resuscitations
* Draws arterial blood and analyzes sample for blood gas and electrolyte studies
* Performs respiratory patient assessment

The Progressive Care Unit is an exciting, fast-paced environment ideal for nurses seeking to learn and grow in their nursing career. This 24-bed unit cares for a large medical cardiac population. On this unit, nurses will care for a variety of patients, including post-heart catheterizations and patients requiring IV drips.

Temporary Digital Marketing Coordinator

OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the digital marketing team with asset organization, web updates, and social media content on a temporary basis (90 days).

REPORTS TO:
Manager of Digital Content and Social Media

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize digital assets and content for exhibit campaigns, contests, events, and evergreen content to prepare it for distribution.

2. Assist with updates to the museums website. Updates may include formatting for the blog, copy updates to calendar events or landing pages, and image/logo uploading.

3. Gather in-the-moment social media content, including photos and videos.

4. Assist with customer service as needed.

5. Facilitate communication with blog ambassadors, social influencers, and other community members as assigned.

6. Assist with editing and resizing images in Photoshop.

7. Represent the digital marketing team at meetings, take notes, and report out to the team on relevant learnings.

8. Attend Legendary Sports Saturday events and occasional evening events.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree in Digital/Emerging Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred.
2. Experience writing/editing, using social media for professional work.
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar photo-editing software.
4. Experience with social media management software and web content management system preferred.

Visitor Services/Security Assistant, 3rd Shift

Standard

OVERVIEW:
The Visitor Services/Security Assistant 3rd Shift provides exceptional customer service and general security support to all museum visitors. This position is responsible for the monitoring of all CCTV cameras as well as communicating issues, incidents, and general operations updates to all on duty officers. Responsible for effective administration and management of automated security and fire life safety systems. The incumbent must be familiar with all procedures and operations of the Control Room.

SCHEDULE:
11 pm-7 am (third shift) 5 days a week

REPORTS TO:
Security 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisor

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensure the integrity and functionality of the security systems within the museum and remote site locations through consistently monitoring the cameras, computers, and other systems within the Control Room and throughout the Museum after hours.

2.Monitors and routes emergency calls from within and outside the museum campus. Contacts Shift Supervisor in the event of a problem or concern. Adheres to written protocols and professional expectations for oversight of staff, contractor and visitor pedestrian and vehicular traffic after hours and before opening.

3.Ensures visitor and campus security through observation, the timely reporting of concerns or incidents, providing crowd control, performing emergency assistance (basic first aid, fire extinguishers and evacuation/relocation), reuniting lost children.

4. Provides leadership in emergency protocols for evacuations and relocation and assists visitors and staff in the event of an emergency. Participates in the Safety Warden program and ensures emergency response for all emergency situations and drills.

5.Maintains a solid attendance record and adhere to the Standards and Expectations manual at all times.

6.Proactively seeks up to date information to remain knowledgeable of museum daily operations and activities, way-finding and emergency protocols.

7.May be asked to represents the VR and Security department through the execution of job duties and assignments, such as garage greeter, cross walk, parking assistant, Security check-in and dock during events.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must have proven experience in customer service and knowledge of security and emergency protocols.
2.Must be CPR/First Aid certified or have the ability to be certified in 6 months.
3.Must have a valid driver’s license.
4.Must enjoy constant interaction with people and have the ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner, even under high-stress situations.
5.Must possess computer data entry skills and the ability to handle and reconcile cash.
6.Must maintain a positive working relationship with a large team of diverse staff and volunteers.
7.Must be able to work weekends and available on holidays and evening shifts.
8.Must be able to quickly move throughout the museum and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

*Special consideration given to those applicants who are multi-lingual.

ADA REQUIREMENTS:
1.Must be able to review daily handouts and email communication. Must be able to interface with computer monitor screen.
2.Must be able to handle communications by telephone contact, one-on-one conversations and public presentations.
3.Required to be able to handle heavy communications by one-on-one conversations and public presentations.
4.Must be able to handle moderate keyboard and calculator use for administering ticket sales and moderate paperwork processing.
5.Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to personally negotiate getting self into and out of the building without trouble and assist visitors in doing so, as well.
6.Must be able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours per day, and work outside in all weather conditions.

School Medical Assistant – Warren Township

Location
The School Medical Assistant position is located on the east side of Indianapolis (Warren Township).

Duties
Provides health services to facilitate optimal physical, mental, emotional and social growth and development for students within the schools. Cares for students with chronic health issues and helps identify health needs during the course of the school day. Supports health education, medication management, emotional support and referral to higher levels of care based on student needs. Supports the education process by working to assure the health of the students. Promotes healthy habits and overall health to strengthen maximum learning.

Experience
Two years of experience working with pediatric patients preferred.

Graduate of an ABHES or CAAHEP accredited Medical Assistant training program OR a graduate of a non-accredited Medical Assistant program + 5 years MA experience.

Patient Registration Representative – St. Vincent North Building

The Patient Registration Representative will be responsible for accurate and timely patient registration utilizing medical systems. This person will assign ICD-10 and CPT codes relative to patient registration. The Patient Registration Representative will utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate diagnosis and coverage criteria. This work will need to be performed according to established policies and procedures. The associate will provide exceptional customer service to physicians, patients, family members and all other medical professionals.

In addition to the day to day responsibilities, this person will actively participate in quality improvement and innovative change processes as well as departmental meetings and educational offerings.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience handling patients with efficiency and accuracy to broad customer base.

Your day to day role may include:
* Perform registration and basic insurance verification, ensuring collection of 7 critical data elements necessary for proper patient identification and billing.
* Identify and update patient demographic information on ADT system as defined by departmental policy and procedures.
* Interpret physician orders for appropriate testing or admission criteria.
* Coordinate patient admission needs and beds assignment to facilitate timely patient placement.
* Identify non-participating Insurances or Out of Networks plans; takes necessary steps to inform patients and physicians regarding options, including but not limited to canceling appointment.
* Obtain Insurance Card copies or validate insurance information via electronic medical record, transfer information, or insurance eligibility tool.
* Provide courteous and accurate patient and hospital information with way finding instructions for patients, families, visitors, and ancillary areas.
* Prepare documents for imaging/scanning into electronic patient record.
* Explains processes and forms to patients prior to securing signatures and ensures that all documents are properly
signed and witnessed as required.
* Assemble and disassemble patient charts or departmental documents according to department policy.
* Copying and or faxing documents to ancillary areas or physician offices.
* Maintain inventory control of forms and paper supplies needed in area.
* Assist with all possible account resolutions pertaining to patient balances.
* Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

You Have:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Experience with customer service
* Computer savvy with experience navigating between multiple systems simultaneously
* Must have MS Office Experience and excellent typing skills
* Must have a high degree of customer service skills in order to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, physicians and care teams
* Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
* Must be able to stand, walk, sit and move freely for extended periods of time
* Must be able to work in a patient care environment with exposure to infection or contagious disease

It would be great if you also have:
* Experience working in a healthcare environment
* Completed a Medical Terminology class
* Certification in healthcare access preferred
