John Zink is looking for an Industrial Painter III on 1st Shift!

John Zink continues to grow their Tulsa Manufacturing Facility into a world class operation. We are recognized for safety, environmental excellence, innovation, and customer service. A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

The successful candidate for this position must have the ability to operate spray guns to apply primer and finish coating of paint to all types of parts and units for company products. Must have the ability to mask surfaces and attain smooth/even surfaces; following specifications. Must possess basic math skills. May load and/or unload parts from racks. Must possess knowledge of how to maintain spray guns in serviceable condition (as well as paint booths).

What You Will Need:

Two plus years of hands-on experience with industrial painting.

Must have the ability to operate spray guns to apply primer and finish coating of paint to all types of parts and units for company products.

What Will Put You Ahead?

High School Diploma/GED

Three plus years of industrial painting. Ability to paint with carbon-zinc paints and other types of water-based paints.

Physical Demands And Unusual Working Conditions:

Able to work in industrial environment. Some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Walking, standing, stooping, crouching.
Must be able to pass respirator-fit test.

Other Considerations:

This is a 1st shift position. Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Able to work overtime if necessary
