What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:
* Bachelors degree, preferably in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience
* 5 years of experience in warehousing or 3PL (3^rd Party Logistics), including 2 or more years of managerial/supervisory experience
* An understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
* Ability to work a flexible work schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends

* Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment

1st and 2nd shift Production/Process Improvement Supervisor

The Production/Process Improvement Supervisor is responsible for leading production within their department as well as hourly team memebers to attain production and quality goals while ensuring the safest working environment possible.

* Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled using bin locators or floor locations for inventory accuracy
* Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
* Must be able to operate their assigned equipment safely and accuractely for extended periods of time. Must maintain their assigned equipment in good working condition.
* Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together
* Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.
* Shovels loose materials such as sand, gravel, metals, plastics, or chemicals, into machine hoppers or into vehicles and containers such as wheelbarrows, scrap truck, or barrels

The Assembler I position is an entry-level position.
The Assembler I may rotate between several manufacturing areas performing different assembly job tasks. The Assembler I position is responsible for inspecting boards throughout the process to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
The Assembler I position performs repetitive work-station or line-assembly operations to mass produce printed circuit boards (PCBs) until they are completed to accepted test procedures and routing operations, per customer specifications, by performing the following duties:

Responsibilities
* Read and understand written product processes/procedures for properly assembling of PCBs.
* Installation of mechanical and electrical components including the operation of basic assembly equipment by placing thru hole components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) per our process and procedure.
* Perform bench-type processes to complete electronic assemblies and subassemblies, using small hand tools, de-panelizing boards (breaking ends off PCBs), masking (adding or removing tape) and applying silicone around components.
* Prep PCBs for installation by cutting and/or crimping leads.
* Work as a Team to assure that PCBs are completed correctly by verifying the work of each Assembler throughout the process and pointing out those errors so they can be corrected immediately to eliminate errors.
* Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department team-lead or supervisor.
* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
* Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

2nd Shift STTT Fabrications Team Lead 2 – Athens, GA

Position Summary

DRS NIS has a unique opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer Level II to join a high performance production engineering team in our Melbourne Florida facility.
This position is working with electro-optical systems, infrared systems, ruggedized network computers and displays for military platforms that can be deployed and subjected to harsh environments.
The candidate is responsible for implementing cost efficient manufacturing methods to include setup of new production tooling and equipment, as well as develop processes to instruct manufacturing department personnel.
Manufacturing process knowledge will be used to assess costing data of parts and assemblies and will work closely with engineering, program management, supply chain, and manufacturing on new development and existing production products to achieve objectives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Applies advanced engineering principles to perform routine design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation in support of manufacturing operations.
* Partners with design engineering to ensure product designs are manufacturable.
* Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing any special processes, tools, and/or equipment to support manufacturing of product.
* Responsible for the product assembly process, work cell design, and training of personnel.
(Includes prototype, first article builds, and production builds).
* Resolving product issues on the line and working with the appropriate functional engineering teams, as necessary, to get them resolved in a timely manner.
* Provides input to Operations and Program Management for Manufacturing Readiness activities to ensure yield and cost targets are achieved.

* Proficient in MS office products that include MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
* Proficient with Pro-e Creo 3D Viewer or equivalent required.
* Proficient with Pro-E or Solidworks CAD Tool experience required.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.
* Experience with EOIR and Network computing products is preferred.

SMT Machine Operator – 1st Shift or 2nd Shift

SMT Machine Operator for a 1st or 2nd shift position in Elk Grove Village, IL.

* Will operate various SMT Machines and equipment for single and double-sided circuit boards for a contract manufacturer.

* Should have experience in the electronics industry with knowledge of items such as component ID, PCB assembly process; CAD or computer programming with an eagerness to advance.

This position is responsible for:
The provision of laboratory services by the performance of clinical laboratory procedures and related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Performance of analytical procedures, using manual and automated methods, and through a variety of clinical laboratory methodologies (e.g., manual/visual plate-reading, microscopy, analyzer, rapid-test, etc.). Supervision is not required for specimen processing, test performance,
reporting results of procedures with documented training. In this function, must be able to perform all required calibration, quality control, statistical calculations and other process control and mathematical functions. Associate must also be able to understand concepts such as linearity, standard deviation, control charts, etc., as these apply to the performance of analytical testing in a clinical laboratory. Specific procedures performed depend upon the associates specific assignment, for example, identifies bacteriological organisms in Microbiology, or performs analysis of potassium in Chemistry.

2. Orders, accessions, statuses and reports results of tests performed on patient specimens, monitoring a variety of critical clinical issues, such as patient identifiers, specimen quality, order appropriateness, etc. In this function, must be able to read and understand a variety of written material such as specimen requisitions, worksheets, patient identification, specimen requirements, etc., whether performing this task manually (e.g., on paper) or through the use of an information system.
Must be able to check and verify information such as patient identification, lot numbers, expiration dates, etc., and act appropriately.

3. Uses, calibrates and performs trouble-shooting and maintenance on laboratory equipment following established procedures, and as assigned by supervisor. Must be able to take responsibility for laboratory equipment performance, as demonstrated by interactions with technical representatives for instrument maintenance, both preventive and repair; must be able to successfully perform start-up and shut-down of complex analytical equipment.

4. If assigned, collects specimens from patients and others as assigned, including collection of blood specimens by phlebotomy, following established procedures for this. Such collections may take place in a variety of environments, such as during assistance in bone marrow aspiration in Operating Room areas, for collection of capillary specimens from neonates, or performance of sweat collections. Such collections may require entering patient isolation rooms, whereby, associate must follow appropriate infection control procedures.

5. Transports specimens as assigned, for example, from Operating Room, following appropriate procedures

6. Reviews technical and administrative procedures as assigned. The medical technologist is responsible for staying informed about section changes, procedure changes and updates, etc.; procedures must be reviewed at least once every two years, and documented as per section protocols. Reviews questions about procedures with section supervisor or designee as needed, informing supervisor when confusion about instructions or procedures exists.

7. Handles supply and inventory issues as required/assigned, identifying key technical parameters, such as lot numbers, storage requirements, etc. as required for performance of laboratory procedures. Follows laboratory section inventory procedures (e.g., recording date received, condition when received, checking order forms, invoices, etc.) Retrieves supplies, equipment from storage areas as needed.

8. Answers telephone as assigned; in this function, interacts routinely with a variety of individuals, including physicians, and other clinical staff, patients and their families, inspectors, vendors, etc. Must be able to demonstrate good customer service, for example, answering telephone promptly, referring calls appropriately, etc.

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Tuesday – Friday (3:00pm – 1:30am, or until all work is complete)

Summary:

Warehouse Associate- Equipment Operators are responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Pull and Pick Operate power mobile material handling equipment.

* Use RF gun to select orders and putaway product based on system directed order types
* Retrieve all items for delivery or picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas.

Inventory- Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactions

Package Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage free

Safety- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards
* Load and unload equipment safely.

* 1 or more years of SAP experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet in non-climate controlled environments
* Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF guns
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work a flexible work schedule as needed including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
* Legally eligible to work in the United States
