In this role, your work will involve Order Entry and Contact Center Reprsentative responsibilities. Qualified candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience working as a Pharmacy technician.
This position is overnight, Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Answer all phone calls ensuring that security and confidentiality are maintained for all customers
Establish positive relationships with both internal and external customers
Proactive approach to customer concerns and the ability to seek assistance or escalate to
Provide excellent customer service to all customers at all times
Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
Handle incoming fax and telephone communication
Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
Properly handle order exceptions such as refill to soon, invalid orders, etc.
Resolve common pharmacy problems quickly and efficiently
Communicate effectively to leadership and to peers
Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast paced environment
Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure required
Ability to multi-task numerous time sensitive calls
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work any shift in order to meet department needs
Computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Knowledge of pharmacy operating system

Strong windows based computer skills
