Temporary Digital Marketing Coordinator

OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the digital marketing team with asset organization, web updates, and social media content on a temporary basis (90 days).

REPORTS TO:
Manager of Digital Content and Social Media

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize digital assets and content for exhibit campaigns, contests, events, and evergreen content to prepare it for distribution.

2. Assist with updates to the museums website. Updates may include formatting for the blog, copy updates to calendar events or landing pages, and image/logo uploading.

3. Gather in-the-moment social media content, including photos and videos.

4. Assist with customer service as needed.

5. Facilitate communication with blog ambassadors, social influencers, and other community members as assigned.

6. Assist with editing and resizing images in Photoshop.

7. Represent the digital marketing team at meetings, take notes, and report out to the team on relevant learnings.

8. Attend Legendary Sports Saturday events and occasional evening events.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree in Digital/Emerging Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred.
2. Experience writing/editing, using social media for professional work.
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar photo-editing software.
4. Experience with social media management software and web content management system preferred.
5. Customer service orientated and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
6. Must thrive in a fast paced environment with diverse people as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Must have excellent problem solving, logic, analysis, and collaboration skills.

ADA REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to perform work in indoor environments, to read documents, drawings, designs and diagrams and to view computer monitor.
2. Must be able to communicate verbally in planning situations and strong presentations of ideas. Team and group dialogue required for communication of plans and concepts.
3. Must be able to effectively communicate during complex projects involving coordinated group work, for telephone work, for group conversations for planning work.
4. Agility and extensive dexterity required for navigation of the museum facility and other sites.
5. Required ability to visit and work at the museum and other key locations.

Part Time Temporary Apartment Leasing Agent (00396)

SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining the physical asset and

maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the companys objectives

while promoting the Companys professional standards of quality. Assists Community Manager

and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks. Assists in assuring staff

compliance with company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may

be assigned.

Relationships

1. Reports to Community Manager

2. Assists in maintaining relationships with all residents, ensuring consistent application of

property policies.

3. Assists in maintaining relationships with other departments within the Company.

4. Assists in maintaining relationships with the community and the profession.

5. Assists in maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors and professionals servicing

the Company or property.

Marketing and Leasing

1. Show units and run applications for screening;

2. Assists in supervising the Leasing Staff and Maintenance Personnel, if appropriate;

3. Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing program;

4. Visits competitive properties and assists in preparation of regular market surveys;

5. Assists in preparation of weekly and monthly reports;

6. Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with resident

policy;

7. Review credit and criminal records to ensure screening criteria is met;

8. Assists residents with lease forms;

9. Make recommendations to improve marketing and leasing programs;

10. Log appropriate accounting transactions as they take place;

11. Accept screening fees;

12. Answer the phone and take messages;

13. Collect rent, post and deposit as directed.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and

decimals.

REASONING ABILITIES – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out

Summer Temporary Instrument Builder

Responsibilities
1. Perform routine, documented tasks at work stations such as: hand soldering, brazing, standard assembly operations, operate equipment, make repairs on standard assemblies, apply coatings, solvents and potting compounds and perform routine documented testing and/or calibration and packaging of finished product.
2. Perform routine documented setup of equipment at the workstation.
3. Perform routine documented preventive maintenance.

4. Verify part quality. Employ SPC techniques and take appropriate action. participate in continuous process improvement.
5. Recommend changes to and participate in the review of manufacturing procedures.
6. May work in a clean room environment.

7. Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area.

8. Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.

9. Performs multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotation.
10. Perform work of a miscellaneous nature.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age AND have a high school diploma or GED as of June 11, 2018. In addition, relatives of Officers of the company are not eligible for the Summer Temporary Program.

The following criteria are used to evaluate applicants (in order of preference):
1. Applicants with previous Rosemount Summer Temporary experience to minimize training needs and resources
2. Applicants pursuing an Engineering, Business or Technical degree these degrees are reflective of the companys future talent needs
3. Applicants pursuing other post-secondary education who have availability for scheduled assessment centers and for location and shift vacancies remaining.
