Description
We are looking for AWESOME and experienced SLPs interested in joining our clinical team. In this position, individuals will be responsible for directing center-based ABA programs for children with autism while working collaboratively with a team of BCBA’s. Responsibilities include providing training to both team members and families, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and monitoring each child’s progress.
Requirements
Demonstrated skills and experience in setting up and directing programs for children with autism
Candidates must have a SLP with current certification
Must enjoy working with children, have great communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and dependable.

Must be willing to work with a team and want to learn and grow
Initiative taker
Highly motivated, willing to learn, curious and looking to make a larger impact
Lift, transport and chase clients as needed (at least 30 pounds as needed)

We are looking for qualified, motivated, energetic and creative professionals to work with children in the family homes to help implement personalized family focused treatment programs. Employees will provide Early Intervention Therapy services for developmentally delayed infants & toddlers during home visits. This position is part-time with the possibility to increase to full-time.

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy/Speech-Language Pathology/Physical Therapy from a board approved educational institution
·
Current CA Board License
·
Minimum of 1-year experience working as a pediatric therapist (preferred)
·
Ability to communicate and interpret fluently in Spanish (preferred)
Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in Early Intervention: understanding family systems, different diagnosis, intervention strategies, resources, assessments, etc.
·
Demonstrate outstanding written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to communicate clear and concise reports
·
Knowledge of the implementation and delivery of industry standard assessments
·
Attendance to Staff Meeting once a month at Gilroy, CA office required.
·
Knowledge of MS Office computer programs.
