The Supervision, Regulation and Credit Department has openings for Financial Institution Associate Examiners. In the role and working on a team, an associate examiner contributes to supervisory program for financial institutions and complex banking organizations, operating as part of a team of risk specialists focused on one or more risk areas. Might also include performing firm-specific and market analysis, and creating regular reporting processes to be used by the team. Progresses toward commissioning status as Examiner. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to provide Special Operations Forces (SOF) component and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) exercise and collective training support within the USSOCOM J7 Joint Collective Training (J7-JCT) Division, which has the responsibility for planning, designing, coordinating, synchronizing and executing collective training and exercises across the USSOCOM Enterprise (including Sub-Unified Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and JSOC, SOF Component Commands, Special Operations Joint Task Forces (SOJTFs), and SOF Battle Staffs).

ANSER is seeking candidates with the expertise, experience, and background necessary to support SOF operations exercises and collective training events under SOF Components and JSOC. Specifically, AFSOC, MARSOC, USASOC, NACSPECWARCOM, JSOC execute large-scale training and exercise events to enhance readiness and prepare SOF units for deployment.
ANSER personnel at the SOF Components will facilitate planning and execution of SOF core activities and SOF-CF I3; augment/replicate critical staff planning positions, and provide SOF exercise planning and execution products throughout the JELC. Senior ANSER SOF SME will provide support for EMERALD WARRIOR, RAVEN, JADE HELM, JADED THUNDER, BRONZE RAM, and TRIDENT exercises.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Prior SOF (O5-O6/CW5)
* Minimum 18 years of operational-strategic special operations experience
* Minimum of 4 years of recent experience serving in a command, senior enlisted advisor, or primary staff billet in a SOF (USSOCOM/TSOC), Service, Joint Staff, OSD, or 3-4 Star level Service/GCC HQs within the past 5 years
* Minimum of 5 years experience with the Joint Training System (joint exercise planning management)
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in joint operations and operational-strategic level SOF planning and operations
* Minimum of 4 years experience in the Adaptive Planning and Execution System (APEX) and Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
* Minimum of 4 years experience directly interfacing with senior staff (O5/O6 and GOFO) at the TSOCs, Components, GCCs, Services, Interagency
* Minimum of 4 years experience in Operational Design preferred

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Current Top Secret security clearance, or expiration of clearance within the past 2 years
* SCI eligibility (must currently hold or have previously possessed SCI)
* Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills; proven skills in formal classroom delivery
* Experience as a platform instructor in a Professional Military Education/training environment preferred

Position Summary:

The Senior Financial Analyst performs a variety of complex financial tasks in one or more areas of finance in support of line, staff managers and clients.
May include performing financial analysis and reporting for use in corporate planning, developing, and tracking of budgets and the application of financial controls.
