Technology Transactions Attorney with 3-5 years of IP experience

Palo Alto office of our client seeks technology transactions attorney with 3-5 years of IP experience. The ideal candidate must have experience analyzing, drafting and counseling clients on a variety of technology/IP transactions, such as those involving the assignment, licensing, and development of technology/IP, distribution of products, and provision of services. Technical background or work experience relevant to pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, software or semiconductors is preferred. Mergers and acquisitions experience is preferred.
