The candidate will prepare patentability searches, patent applications for filing with the USPTO, draft Office Action responses. Will partner with firm colleagues and client representatives regarding an array of new and exciting technologies. Must preferably have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, but experienced candidate from Biomechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Physics backgrounds may be considered. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
