Registered Nurse Adult Emergency Department
36 Hours Nights with every other Weekend, every other Holiday

The registered nurse adheres to the rules and regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, and is primarily responsible for professional performance and direct patient care. The role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum. The registered nurse is accountable for clinical, educational, quality and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and in accordance with established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines and standards of practice.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associates degree or Baccalaureate degree in nursing, BSN preferred. Candidates who do not have a BSN must be enrolled in a Baccalaureate program within 6 months of hire and must complete their BSN within 36 months of hire.
* Registration and current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing required.
* Current basic life support (BLS) certification required.
* Recent RN experience in ED

The Respiratory Therapist RRT assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care for their assigned areas. This position requires population specific competencies. Essential Functions:

The Respiratory Therapist RRT responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Administers a wide variety of therapeutic services and diagnostic tests to various patient types

* Sets up all equipment/supplies needed and provides assistance to the physicians during special procedures

* Performs assessments and re-assessments of patient history, chest x-rays, vital signs, blood gases, progress notes, etc. in order to determine
appropriate therapy modalities/frequencies or effects of conscious sedation and communicates this to the physician

* Performs arterial punctures or blood gas analysis for arterial blood gases

* Performs intubation as needed or requested where credentialted and approved by the medical staff

* Provides onboarding education to new departmental staff and assists students rotating through the hospital

Environmental Conditions:

Qualifications:

* Graduate of a Registry Eligible Respiratory Therapy School

* Registered Respiratory Therapist (Graduates will have 12 months to become registered. If employee fails to become registered within the 12 months, will be moved to CRT Therapist position.

* Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License issued by the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision (OSBMLS). The incumbent may work under a ‘temporary Letter to practice’ issued by OSBMLS until the board meets to issue their Respiratory Care Practitioner License.

* Requires 1 year full time experience in respiratory care or 1 recent year of a hands-on clinical practicum in an accredited respiratory care program.

* Must be an RRT and Conscious Sedation Certified before participating in IV Conscious Sedation procedures.

Warehouse Associate, Nights

Standard

Summary: Provide labor and effort to assist in the accurate and timely receipt of goods, consolidation of warehoused goods, and replenishment of pick locations as well as other necessary warehouse functions such as pulling customer orders for next day delivery, replenishment, housekeeping and inventory control.

Depending on the size of the operation and the shift, the associate may be required; to unload, receive and put away upwards of thirty trailers per day and requested to replenish upwards of 100 pick slots per day; prepare the operation for the nightly picking and packing upwards of 40,000 cases and potentially equal amounts of bottles; replenish pick locations to ensure enough inventory exists to support the shipping functions; load upwards of 80 trucks per night, with a goal time for completion to allow the delivery drivers to be successful at the account level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Safely and properly unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put away.

Conduct proper put away of goods in the warehouse ensuring safety and proper rack utilization.

Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.

Required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.

Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.

Assist in the process of putting away returned product from previous days deliveries.

Performs cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
Observes safe product handling techniques. Cooperates with management and peers alike. Is punctual and consistently available for work.

As needed, pre-pick and stage odd ball cases and bottles for use in the night shipping.

Pull and stage large customer orders in demand, such as Costco, Total Wine, etc.

Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Frequently will have interaction with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew.
Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice directed picking or paper picket tickets.

Performs various other duties, as assigned.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Forklift Operator 2- Nights Offset

Drive forklift truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move raw paper materials and in process products and finished products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, storage yard, or factory. May move materials and equipment using an overhead rail crane or operate a rail car mover such as a Track mobile. May load and unload semi trailer trucks. Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies. May load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device. Perform safety checks on lifts. May lubricate truck, recharge batteries, fill fuel tank, or replace liquefied-gas tank. Responsible for inventory control, tracking and reporting inventory utilizing a materials management system. May organize and assign storage space utilized in warehousing and moving materials in the departments.

* Knowledge of the layout of the storage area to be able to find and place items without need for detailed instructions.
