What youll do on a typical day:
* Process orders and maintain inventory in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Perform data entry tasks
* Research and correct transaction errors
* Handle domestic and international shipping documents

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year or more of warehouse experience
* Able to speak, read (fine print), and write in English
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

It’d be great if you also have:
* Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS

Lead – 1st Shift

What youll do on a typical day:
* Oversee process to ensure inventory and orders are completed accurately and on time
* Review workload and assign tasks to employees
* Properly train and coach warehouse employees; recommend discipline and development opportunities

* Correctly utilize a warehouse management system and maintain appropriate work documents
* Establish, maintain, and promote exceptional customer service
* Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance; safely operate various equipment and tools
* Provide support and backup to warehouse management

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in a warehouse
* 1 or more years of SAP experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet in non-climate controlled environments
* Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and RF guns
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work a flexible work schedule as needed including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
* Legally eligible to work in the United States

Itd be great if you also have:
* 1 year of experience as a supervisor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Follow all safety regulations for the individual as well as other employees, including keeping the work area clean and in orderly condition as well as wearing all appropriate safety attire for the job that is being performed.
* Communicate with other associates, leads, engineers, and the Sales team about modifications to trucks.
* Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
* Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
* Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
* Update the Altec databases and logs on the computer with issues such as part shortages, discrepancies, etc.
* Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to customer specifications.
* Position and align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.
* Set and verify parts clearances.
* Rework, repair, and replace damaged parts or assemblies.
* Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications manuals, and plan electrical operations.
* Fasten and install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, rivet guns, and welding equipment.
* Remove rough spots, and smooth surfaces to fit, trim, or clean parts, using hand tools and power tools.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Ability to read, write, and comprehend required.
* Basic computer usage knowledge required.
* Ability to read tape measures, blue prints, and schematics required.
* General knowledge of at least one of the following required.
o Mechanical
o Welding (Preferred)

Machine Operator I – Conformal Coat – 1st Shift

Standard

Description
The Machine Operator position is responsible for operating and troubleshooting a PVA machine and applying silicone coating to printed circuit boards per our process and routing.
In addition, the machine operator is responsible for inspecting boards to ensure compliance with IPC standards.

Responsibilities
* Step-up, operate, and inspect specific machinery in the area.
* Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of specific machinery in the area.

* Inspect work product for conformance to CPI and IPC-610 standards.
* Count number of boards that the machine has completed and compare to MO amount.
* Perform touch up or rework to bring product into compliance.
* Safely operate equipment in such a way as to comply with equipment manufacture specifications and recommendations for the specific machinery in the area.
* Proper handling of chemicals as required per specific machinery in the area: (reference SDS book).

Additional Information
* Temp to Hire position.
Candidates will be contacted by our Temp agency for interviewing.
* 1st shift regular work schedule:
5:00 a.m. – 3:300 p.m., Monday – Thursday.
* Overtime is required for this shift.

Requirements

Electronic Technician 1st Shift

Our client company provides high-mix, high-complexity, start-to-finish manufacturing and supply chain solutions to companies in the Industrial Controls, Instrumentation, Medical, Communications, Transportation, Military / Aerospace and Safety & Security industries.

Work Schedule:
1^st
Shift: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay:
$13.00 – $18.00 / hour (depending on skill level)

Responsibilities:
* Analyze electronic and electromechanical assemblies to determine cause of product defect to include circuit analysis, part identification diagnosis, and replacement of defective components to bring product into specification.
* Analyze defective components to determine failure cause and provide report if necessary, for engineering and purchasing corrective action.
* Maintain records, test data and develop reports as required.
* Assist with general/electronic maintenance of test equipment and production equipment.
* Quality NCRs, CARs, overall improvements.

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to push, pull, lift and carry from floor height to 6 high, up-to 50 lbs.

Requirements:
* Associates Degree in Electronics.
* 2 years of experience in electronics.
* Ability to read electronic schematics and prints.
* Self-motivated with root cause/resolution mentality.
* Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to learn new operations and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY: Operate industrial trucks or tractors equipped to move materials around the plant as well as outside the plant.
* Follow all safety regulations for the individual as well as other employees, including keeping the work area clean and in orderly condition as well as wearing all appropriate safety attire for the job that is being performed.

* Move controls to drive gasoline- or electric-powered trucks or tractors and transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas.

* Move levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams and swivel-hooks, hoists, and elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.

* Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.

* Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.

* Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, recharging batteries, fueling, or replacing liquefied-gas tank.

* Turn valves and open chutes to dump, spray, or release materials from dump cars or storage bins into hoppers.

Basic Qualifications

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

Preferred past experience with the operation of fork trucks or other heavy machinery.

TOOLS:

Band cutters, box cutters.

EQUIPMENT/MACHINES:

Operation of various forklifts, occasional work on other machinery.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with the plant, inside and outside, to deliver parts to designated areas.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Altec forklift license, ability to become HAZWOP certified.
