In the role of Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle: you will develop, design and deploy test scripts and cases of complex modules, help set up the test environment and contribute to the requirements documentation and test design for different types of testing. Qualifications

Basic

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

Resource should have worked in Functional and E2E testing

Loyalty Management knowledge would be an added benefit

Tools Used ALM, UFT added advantage

Good knowledge in Web Service testing.

Participate in the planning and execution

Develop and maintain manual test cases or automation test scripts as required for the project

Write and maintain test automation scripts where applicable

Create Test data and perform business applications functional system, integration (end-to-end) tests for new and existing applications

Participate in review and approval process of project deliverables

Assist project teams on identifying the needs for appropriate test environments and coordinate the establishment of appropriate test environments

Oversee processes for identifying, tracking and reporting the results of test procedures

Find, track and prioritize bugs and work toward their resolution

Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts

Senior Performance Test Engineer

The Senior Performance Test Engineer

* Is an expert at measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance and scalability of web and mobile applications. You will work with architects and developers on large-scale, enterprise-level performance test projects.
* Has tested systems in cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments
* Understands web application and browser concepts (HTTP, connections, cookies, caching, streaming, etc.)
* Knows how to analyze performance requirements, translate into detailed test cases, and create your own test scripts
* Can handle test data in various formats (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.) and you understand data storage, encoding, encryption, data transformation, and related concepts
* Knows how to parameterize your scripts for load, spike, stress, and soak tests.
* Familiar with APM tools and can explain what metrics they provide and what they mean
* Works well independently and as part of a team

Education/Experience:

* Ten years of experience performing software development activities, with a Bachelors Degree, or eight years of experience with a Masters Degree
* Hands-on experience using performance test tools to develop scripts, monitor application/database/machine level performance, analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot errors/failures/bottlenecks, and prepare performance test dashboards and reports
* At least 5 years of experience in Java/C development or other software development experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience using automated test tools for Functional and/or Performance, Stability, Scalability, and Reliability testing using LoadRunner, WebTest, JMeter, Watir, Fit, FitNesse, Ruby or others.
* Minimum 5 years of object oriented programming experience, with C#, Java, Ruby, or C++
* Minimum 5 years SQL experience and an ability to write intermediate to complex SQL code
* Deep knowledge of how web applications work over HTTP protocol.
* Experience on any performance testing tool (HP Performance Center, JMeter, VSTS, etc.)

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to work on an exciting project at OCLC to rapidly introduce new features and functions to the OCLC technology community. In this role, you will be embedded within the software development team.

The Senior Test Engineer coordinates project testing activities and monitors progress. Raises quality issues and sets quality goals. Analyzes requirements to produce gherkins, test plans, test conditions, test cases, and other documentation. Automates gherkin using cucumber. Ensures traceability between requirements and tests. Clarifies ambiguous requirements. Executes manual or automated tests, analyzes and records the results.

Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate project testing activities and monitor progress
* Be the single point of contact for all testing communication regarding all product/component comprising the project
* Contribute to team success by raising quality issues and help set team goals around quality.
* Performs risk analysis for projects
* Analyze project requirements and, with the team, write gherkins to document requirements/acceptance criteria.
* Automate gherkins using cucumber via Ruby, Java or other language used by the team.
* When needed, generate Test Procedures and Test Cases to test the requirements.
* Ensure traceability between requirements and the test steps with the Test Procedures and Test Scripts.
* Execute Test Cases (including Smoke and Regression tests, record test results, analyses test failures including root cause analysis and raise issues where appropriate
* Produce Test Documentation including Test Strategies, Test Estimates, Test Plans and Test Exit Reports.This also includes Test Data and Test Environments
* Analyses the need for, and recommends appropriate non-functional testing.Performs or drives non-functional testing.
* Maintaining the smoke and regression test suites
* Mentors others in all aspects of testing, shares knowledge effectively
* Perform, peer reviews on Test Cases, Test Procedures and Test Scripts
* Produce progress reports as requested (monthly, weekly etc)
* Maintain and improve subject matter expertise including general software architecture knowledge. Propose/implement improvements that result in time savings/efficiency and reduce risk.
* Assist with evaluation of new tools and processes

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree (IT or Library related discipline) or 5-10 years equivalent work experience in lieu.
* Experienced in leading the testing of large complex projects.

A Day in the Life

The Environmental Test Technician II position is an entry level position whose major purpose is to support the North Haven Laboratory Services Environmental Group. This includes but is not limited to: bioburden testing, maintaining sterile laboratory supplies, glassware and instrument cleaning via laboratory dishwasher. The Environmental Test Technician II will also support sterilization cycle review and operate laboratory equipment, such as the autoclave. The North Haven Laboratory Services Department located in Connecticut directly supports manufacturing locations worldwide. The Environmental Technician II works both individually and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and gain certification through on the job training from team leader.
* Perform bioburden testing.
* Perform product sterilization reviews on different sterilization cycles, from both in-house and contract sterilizers in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
* Perform washroom duties, which entail emptying the contents of glassware, blenders, etc. of contents and to wash them via laboratory dishwasher.
* Daily maintenance of laboratory organization and cleaning in the wash room, stock room, and other laboratory areas.
* Utilize the autoclaves, and other equipment in the laboratory for the sterilization of instruments, glassware.
* Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory incubators.
* Monitor, drain, and clean laboratory water baths.
* Catalog and dispose of scrap product and testing samples.
* Provide assistance to the other Environmental Specialists as needed.

MUST HAVE: Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma required.
* Minimum 2 years of previous wet lab work experience required.
* Proficiency with aseptic technique and pipetting. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
* Listening, Demonstrated Communication Skills (both written and verbal), Organization, Time Management, Planning Skills, Reliable and Responsible, Capable of Independently Working.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS/SCOPE :

The Environmental Test Technician II position reports directly to the Senior Specialist, Environmental Group. The Environmental Technician II will have frequent contact with other Environmental Analysts and other specialists within the North Haven Laboratory Services Department. The work performed by the Environmental Test Technician II will directly affect both corporate, divisional, and plant functions in a work related capacity.

Test Technician

This Position is responsible for the final test and calibration of various electrical assemblies and Instruments going through the manufacturing floor. Troubleshooting of complex Analog and digital circuitry, organizing daily tasks related to test and calibration priorities as provided by the production supervisor.

Responsibilities:
* Test and calibration of High Temperature
822 boards,
* Test and calibration of new 822 and 812 boards.
* Responsible for all RMAs related
* Troubleshoot and repair Electronic circuits as necessary.
* Troubleshoot and rework subassemblies and final assemblies
* Determine job status (check shortage and close of work orders, etc.)
* Determine material status of jobs (check BOMS)
* Provide training of others as required
* Keeping the integrity of inventory
* Ensure bill of materials accuracy via the ECR control
* Writing new and cleanup of assembly procedures/instruction
* Assist supervisor to develop training programs

Qualifications:
* 1-3 years related experience
* Candidate must have strong communication skills
* Strong troubleshooting skills of digital and analog components
* Be able to work from verbal instruction
* Be a self-driven individual
* Must have the ability to be the liaison between engineering, Sales and Operations
* Demonstrate skills and experience in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
