POSITION DESCRIPTION:

* Building and maintaining long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client management
* Maintaining consistency and highly visible presence in designated retail stores within assigned territory
* Maintaining consistent store visit schedule and entering into assigned system monthly
* Ensuring product look and display is consistent with protocol, plan-o-gram compliance, samples working properly, overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products
* Attending required training sessions on assigned products
* Routinely training and ensuring understanding of retail sales associates on product, brand awareness, and brand image
* Routinely participating and/or presenting in retail sales location store meetings
* Increasing clients sales and brand awareness by conducting great training sessions and customer engagement promotions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

* Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or GED and/or six months of Consumer electronics Sales and Training experience
* Proven track record of making and maintaining great relationships with accounts
* Strong presentation skills with small to large groups
* Representatives must be willing to drive throughout the market on a regular basis and have reliable transportation to do so
* Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication in assigned region
* Significant understanding of remote business tools such as smart phones, tablets, and/or laptop use, including trouble-shooting issues with connectivity
* Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift and lift a maximum of 30 pounds
* Must have daily access to the internet, a computer, and a printer
* Background check and drug test will be required

* Work in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to company safety policies
* Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments
* Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled for many hours at a time

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age
* Basic written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
* Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends due to varying freight volumes
* Ability to lift freight and other objects up to 50 lbs. frequently, and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally

Itd be great if you also have:
* Prior dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry
* Prior forklift experience in a freight/less-than-truckload environment
* Prior experience loading and unloading trailers
* Desire to succeed with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

As a Dental Hygienist, you will clean teeth and examine patient oral areas, head and neck for signs of oral disease. You will also record and review patient medical histories.

Additional responsibilities and requirements of the Dental Hygienist include:
* Cleaning calcareous deposits, accretions and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins with dental instruments
* Charting conditions of dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist
* Maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment
* Applying fluorides and other cavity preventing agents to prevent dental decay

Qualifications

Requirements:
* Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments
* Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
* Dentrix computer experience a plus
* Experience using Vizilite, Velscope and/or Diagnodent a plus
* Experience using electronic medical records a plus
* Leadership skills
* Part-Time Schedule working Tuesday from 7:30am-6pm, Wednesday-7:30am-6pm, and Thursday-7:30am-5pm with the potential to grow to full time by May or sooner

Education:
* Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state for which you apply
* Minimum of an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene, Bachelors degree a plus

Specialist, Process and Inventory Com (Part-Time)

The Process and Quality Compliance Specialist (PQC) is responsible for flawlessly executing the all merchandise non-salable processes. The PQC has end-to-end accountability for the non-salable process which includes without limitation, inspection at receipt, qualifying the product via the non-salable criteria, filing all necessary documents (electronic or paper), ensuring the proper product disposition is executed, and working with the support center teams to ensure that all credits are received.
The PQC must establish and have a positive working relationship and consistent communication with all vendor partners. The PQC must have day and evening, and potentially some weekend availability to work.

Job Duties:
* Expert in all non-salable process; understanding them from end-to-end and ensure 100% execution
* Using the current non-salable criteria assess all product to determine if it should be classified as non-salable
* File all necessary documents, whether paper or electronic, accurately and within the defined time limits
* Ensures the receiving team places the product in the proper disposition area
* Ensures that all required paperwork is attached to the document for further review by the GM
* Ensures that the GM approves all products within the defined time period
* Ensures the MDO non-salable product is returned to Sears Holdings Corporation per the defined process
* Ensures that the junk and salvage processes are fully and accurately executed
* Ensures that product is relieved from the book inventory according to the defined processes
* Perform product quality audits on repaired items in the Bin stage when directed by the GM
* Performs other duties as assigned
