A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

* Provide leadership on the operating floor and striving for compliance in safety, health, environmental, and quality.
* Strictly adhere to plant safety, housekeeping, and 6S efforts.
* Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner.

* Responsibility for coaching, training, and developing operations personnel in safety, quality, production, problem solving, and technical and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ensure minimum quality expectations are followed and met on a daily basis.
* Ensure best practices are being followed for minimization of waste at machine centers.
* Address key issues and concerns and interacting with employees from other departments to ensure quality, on-time production.
* Identify repairs needed at machine centers and create work requests for completion; follow up as required.
* Track continuous improvement opportunities where performance issues are apparent and provide leadership/action plans for gap closure.
* Plan, assign and direct work for all hourly production employees; appraise performance and provide feedback as needed; assist in resolving complaints; hold employees accountable as needed; communicate issues and results on a daily basis.
* Exemplify and advance Market Based Management (MBM®).

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED
* A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience working in a manufacturing, industrial or military environment
* Willing and able to promote safe work practices and maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
* Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed

* Bachelors degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering
* Five (5) or more years of experience working in a supervisory role

Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Tuesday – Friday (3:00pm – 1:30am, or until all work is complete)

Summary:

Warehouse Associate- Equipment Operators are responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Pull and Pick Operate power mobile material handling equipment.

* Use RF gun to select orders and putaway product based on system directed order types
* Retrieve all items for delivery or picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas.

Inventory- Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactions

Package Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage free

Safety- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards
* Load and unload equipment safely.

Cash Specialist Lead

Position Summary

Serves as a lead Cash Specialist by directing the daily workflow of currency activities to ensure effective and efficient operation of a specific department function. Is able to manage day to day operations with little supervision. The lead position will be responsible for ensuring others perform their essential accountabilities on a daily basis. Verifies and balances daily activity to account for the teams or department holdings. Applies independent judgment and discretion within the framework of governing procedures to maintain custody and accountability in a valuables handling environment.

Essential Accountabilities

1. Coordinates the workflow of large volumes of currency from receipt through payout. Utilizes subject matter expertise and discretion to determine when issues should be escalated within the management structure. Manages inventory levels and resources needed by the currency handlers to perform their daily responsibilities.

2. Must exercise sound judgment and provide innovative solutions to workflow or balancing issues in a time sensitive environment.

3. Prepares and tracks statistics/reports for analysis to anticipate patterns. The lead position looks beyond the immediate problem to determine wider implications. Participates on management reviews of the operation to determine compliance with policy and procedures.

4. Demonstrates the ability to communicate with depositing institutions or armored carriers when large differences, deposit violations or other problems occur.

5. Informs immediate Supervisor of staff of equipment performance issues and various problems which may have been experienced during the shift. . Resolves problems encountered by staff by utilizing expertise in the cash handling area. Serves in the supervisory role where designated in the TCOM and CCPS performs required training and testing of counterfeit detection as required by the CCPS and TCOM

6. May perform independent verification and balancing of onsite and offsite team holdings, resolving accounting and inventory discrepancies timely.

7. Consistently models the bank values displaying behaviors that contribute to the culture in a positive way. Employees at this level must be able to perform and mentor junior cash specialists under the frequent view of compliance and audit staff providing responses to their inquiries throughout the day

8. Provides feedback on teams performance

9. Supports the management team’s participation on system work groups and projects

10. Responsible for complex testing and analysis of system sensors in accordance with Treasury processes

11. Completes compliance reviews to ensure adherence to Treasury, Board, and Internal audit requirements to mitigate risk in a valuables handling area

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions

Production environments: Employees in this position work in a controlled environment with one or more partners under Federal Reserve and Treasury custody control standards. This is a very physical job requiring repetitive lifting and moving of currency weighing greater than 30 pounds. Additionally, employees may be required to operate manual equipment (tow motor) to move containers exceeding 1,500 pounds. Limited sitting occurs and most of this job is performed standing and walking in an enclosed work area. Workrooms are climate controlled. However, working conditions may vary due to external elements. Employees need to be aware of their surroundings due to frequent movement of containers. Exposure to noise from various machines will occur. Employees may be required to push and pull currency containers of moderate to heavy weight.

Injection Mold Technician (3rd Shift)

Assists with the start-up, shut down, and changeover of Production Equipment. Insures that quality parts are being produced. Must have injection molding and/or blow molding process experience. Experience with CBW automation is helpful, but not required. Experience with Husky Injection Molding Machines helpful, but not required.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Must follow all safety rules

* All assigned machines are running making acceptable parts:
* No shorts
* No flash
* No defects of any kind
* Mold is running all cavities
* Machine running at or better than standard cycle time
* Answer machine alarms, and solve issues to the root cause of the problem to minimize the number of alarms in a shift.

* Assist with the setup and changeover of tapers, labelers, and related production equipment.
* Will assist in packing on production lines as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
