A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Provide coaching and feedback to Diabetes Territory Managers through field visits and phone contact. Provide a clear vision for the district and motivates the team.

Ensure maximum sales coverage with resources available to achieve peak performance; puts metrics in place to measure success over time.

Provides feedback and evaluation of performance after sales calls, presentations, etc., in order to improve technical and selling skills of sales people. Creates development opportunities and assesses performance and skill growth over time for each direct report.

Ensure all field personnel are meeting or exceeding all objectives set including both revenue based objectives and market development objectives. This includes working strategically with each direct report to analyze and interpret the customer needs of the territory.

Recruit, interview, and hire talented field employees.

Ensure that new sales staff receives appropriate orientation and training.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel within the District in order to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs.

Provide performance and salary review of field personnel annually and submit recommendations to appropriate management.

Maintain sales data and records on each territory in order to understand market trends, provide direction to employees, and communicate competitive data. Uses strong business acumen and metrics to manage district and provide feedback to Regional Sales VP.

Interpret and explain business/marketing policies and programs to employees in order to maintain consistency and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring that market and territory strategies are fully executed.

Effectively control and monitor selling expenses for the District.

Provide input to the Regional Sales VP on sales strategies, promotions, staffing needs, new product indications and product acceptance.

Bachelor’s degree

The Quality Control Monitor (QCM) for the Social Security Administration Headquarters is responsible for effectively implementing the quality control policies, procedures, and processes approved by MVM and the Client, as well as site- specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed by the Project Manager. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the QCM is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality control plan that ensures contract compliance and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Management and Supervision
* Act on behalf of the Project Manager when s/he is absent.
* Perform a formal annual performance evaluation of the Quality Control Monitor.

Quality Control
* Ensuring that site-specific SOPs are relevant and promote operational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensuring that MVM and site-specific SOPs are implemented consistently throughout the contract by all staff.
* Developing training programs that are consistent with and supportive of operational duties, and all applicable SOPs.
* Monitor contract performance and compliance through monthly inspections and audits.
* Document, correct, and implement a corrective action plan to address any deficiencies found during inspections.
* Ensure that all reports are accurate and timely.
* In conjunction with staff from MVM Corporate office, conduct a formal contract compliance review on an annual basis.

Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Title: Network Operations Technician

Position Summary

Provide telecommunications network operational support and maintenance in accordance with standard industry and company prescribed practices. Ensure production network is meeting performance goals and SLAs. Coordinate all operational maintenance activities with the NOC. Consult carrier operations, RF engineers, and other resources necessary to ensure new equipment is seamlessly integrated. Provide technical knowledge as needed during deployment, and cost-effectively maintain the highest performance.

Essential Job Functions

Assist vendors during RF studies and drive tests as needed.

Ensure 365X24X7 operational support is provided.

Installs, provisions, tests, and maintains DS0 thru OC192 services, Transport DWDM equipment, Signaling, and MPLS/IP/Ethernet Data Services.

Performs preventive/scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment and on the critical infrastructure including, but not limited to: HVAC systems, high-voltage electrical systems, DC Power Plants.

Interacts personally with customers and contractors to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for installation, decommissioning and troubleshooting problems of network equipment and circuits.

Attend safety meetings and OSHA compliance training

On-call 24×7, stand-by, call out, dispatch, and overtime are required as dictated by the business.

Position Summary

Responsible for directing the overall performance of DAS, small cell and/or fiber deployment projects within an assigned geographic area and for a specific product line (i.e., private, public, or fiber-only projects).

* Ensure that the project managers reporting thereto are managing the profit & loss, job cost, cash flow, contract deliverables, and increase asset yield for all of their assigned projects.

Develop a strong working relationship with each customers decision- makers in order to maximize new opportunities and revenue.

Education/Certifications

* Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing development projects (i.e. site acquisition, zoning, permitting and construction management)
