The Quality Control Monitor (QCM) for the Social Security Administration Headquarters is responsible for effectively implementing the quality control policies, procedures, and processes approved by MVM and the Client, as well as site- specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed by the Project Manager. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the QCM is responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality control plan that ensures contract compliance and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Management and Supervision
* Act on behalf of the Project Manager when s/he is absent.
* Perform a formal annual performance evaluation of the Quality Control Monitor.

Quality Control
* Ensuring that site-specific SOPs are relevant and promote operational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Ensuring that MVM and site-specific SOPs are implemented consistently throughout the contract by all staff.
* Developing training programs that are consistent with and supportive of operational duties, and all applicable SOPs.
* Monitor contract performance and compliance through monthly inspections and audits.
* Document, correct, and implement a corrective action plan to address any deficiencies found during inspections.
* Ensure that all reports are accurate and timely.
* In conjunction with staff from MVM Corporate office, conduct a formal contract compliance review on an annual basis.
* Perform weekly audits of security officer performance and submit findings and assessments in writing to the Project Manager.
* Identify areas where improvements in training, supervision, or officer support are necessary.

Operations
* Keep current on knowledge of key governing documents, to include contract terms, Service Contract Act, and applicable Collective Bargaining acts.
* Hold weekly mangers meetings with the site managers to address and resolve personnel, operational, administrative, and contract performance issues.
* Perform regular site visits.
* Ensure that discipline is administered firmly, fairly and consistently, and in accordance with MVM policies.
* Recognize and bring to the attention of the PM superior performance by security personnel.
* Respond to issues, concerns, or questions in a forthright and timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
* A Bachelors degree in any field of study or have credible law enforcement, military, or business management experience demonstrating a capacity to effectively manage a large and diverse workforce.
* Must be a United States citizen
* A minimum two years of contract/project management experience including management of a guard force or military/law enforcement equivalent.
* Proficient in MS WORD and Excel and familiar with smart phone and general computer technology.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, written, and verbal skills
* Have sound problem-solving skills.
* Be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing along strict timelines to ensure individual deadlines are met.
* Ability to adapt to and accept change.
* Investigative and report-writing experience.
