have prior experience transcribing for a law enforcement agency (police department, sheriff’s department, etc.), type

demonstrate strong computer literacy.

A full criminal background check is required for individuals completing this work.

There is an initial assessment period before any individual is able to complete client work. Therefore, it is essential

You need to have a computer and a reliable internet connection.

Self starter, you should want to take on more responsibility and try new things.
Important You need to have a audio headset (with a microphone) to do this job (in some cases iPhone headphones work
just fine).

The pay…..

To start, you’ll get paid per task depending on how quickly the task is finished, what time of day it is, and how
complicated the task is. For example, let’s say you have 5 different tasks to make reservations at a restaurant. To
start, tasks are worth anywhere from $2.50 to $7 per task and go up from there.
If interested, you may be promoted to a managerial type position, managing other assistants and helping ensure
everything runs smoothly.
Payments go out every other week (on Tuesday).

We are primarily seeking MT’s with availability on Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday shifts. This is

Experience Requirements:

Speech recognition experience a must.

Must possess 3+ years of acute care terminology experience.

Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, medications, and laboratory values.

Must be comfortable with ESL dialects, accents and varying dictation styles.

You may set your own schedule – However, we are specifically seeking those who can work second shift (3p-11p or 4p-12a

We receive a high volume of academic and business papers 24/7. Editors are required to provide corrections and
suggestions in reference to grammar, spelling, document flow, punctuation, and usage within strict deadlines ranging
from 3 to 72 hours, depending upon the client’s request.
All work is performed in four-hour collection periods; you may select as many collection periods as you would like to
accommodate your schedule. The amount of money that you earn depends on the number of collection periods that you
select, the time of day of the collection periods, how many other editors share your shift, and the number of documents
which are uploaded to us, which depends, to a certain extent, on the academic/business year.

Editors typically earn average of $750 to $1,500 per month, which may be higher or lower than this range, depending
upon the above factors. You can expect to be engaged in editing throughout your four-hour collection periods. You may
need to work outside of your four-hour collection periods to complete the documents that were assigned to you during
those times.

We are currently looking for qualified editors in all fields of study. Potential candidates must complete a
comprehensive two-part timed examination (at the time of application) and meet one of the following two qualifications:

Be currently employed by or enrolled in an accredited university in the United States and have a minimum GPA of 3.6.
Have a graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years professional editing experience.

The QC Editor clears the reports MLS pended for additional review or assistance with prior to delivery to their
account. The QC Editor supports and reinforces guidelines, standards, and procedures of each account during their style
and account/platform procedures. Documenting and compiling feedback of any identified issues that can be brought to the
attention of the support team, manager, and MLS when necessary is an integral part of this position. When all editing
is released, the secondary role is production on whichever account has the greatest need. A minimum of three years
current acute-care experience as well as some prior editing experience is preferred. CMT/CHDS is preferred. The
schedule needed for this position is: Wed-Sun 3p-12a EST.

We have a few openings for full-time HIM MTs on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. These positions would be Monday through Friday
and would work every 3rd weekend (both Saturday and Sunday).

When working your weekend in the rotation, you would have Thursday off before working the weekend and Tuesday off after
working the weekend. For 2nd shift, the hours are one of the following schedules, depending upon your preference: 1-
9:30 p.m. 2-10:30 p.m. 3-11:30 p.m. 4-12:30 a.m.

For 3rd shift, the hours are one of the following three schedules, depending upon your preference: 9:00p – 5:30a 10:00p
– 6:30a 11:00p – 7:30a

The 3rd shift also contains a shift differential of $2 per hour, so in addition to your lines, you would receive the
additional differential so a 40-hour per week MT would receive an extra $80/week or $320/month! Each MT works from a
cluster work pool that includes 5 different accounts and can also require you to work on more than 1 transcription
platform.

The primary platform used is Dolbey Fusion, which is an MS Word-based platform and you would have specific assigned
accounts. High-speed cable or DSL internet is required. This excludes any type of wireless connection [Satellite,
Microwave, Cellular, etc.] A minimum of 2 years of previous MT experience is required. This position is production-
based pay, by the line, and also allows MTs to participate in our incentive program each pay period based on
productivity and quality. All MTs are required to work 4 out of 8 holidays. We offer a competitive pay and benefit
