* Define, implement, and manage policies, processes, and contractual relationships that ensure the vitality of the global travel and travel security programs.
* Ensure that all Donaldson travelers and contracted travel agencies are aware of and adhere to travel and travel security policies and procedures.

* Provides travel program discount information to all travelers.

Global Travel Security includes:
* Development and ongoing maintenance of all travel security policies and procedures for Donaldson globally.
* Leads the global Center of Excellence (CoE) for the travel security program to ensure understanding and adherence by all Donaldson entities around the world.
* Selects and negotiates appropriate contractual agreements with travel security providers.
* Develops and oversees maintenance of travel security web pages on MyDCI portal.
* Organizes quarterly and ad hoc global Travel Security Steering Committee meetings and regional travel security meetings.
* Coordinate initial contact with travelers and Donaldson senior management when critical security or health events occur.

Must be professional and have previous international travel booking experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Language/Communication
Excellent written and oral communications
Position will require inbound, outbound (callbacks), and email communications.
Excellent telephone skills, including a professional demeanor portrayed to customers demonstrated through ability to
ask probing questions, ability to communicate with sense of urgency
Fluency and comprehension in the language requirements for the specific point of sale (spoken and written)
Accent neutral verbal/written communication skills as verified by approved formal test
Strong listening skills: active listening; able to appreciate the context of the business traveler’s experience
Written skills: excellent grammar; attention to detail demonstrated through follow-up to ensure resolution for customer
Minimum 1-year experience demonstrated use of these communications skills in prior experience

Qualifications: Experience, Education, and Certification:

High school degree or equivalent (required)
College degree preferred
1-2 years of experience with a corporate travel agency
2-3 years of experience with an airline reservations system
1-2 years of experience with international offerings
