Responsibilities

The Dental Business Office Assistant will maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks ” receiving and distributing office mail and email, answering the office phone and distributing calls or messages accordingly, communicating patients arrival promptly, managing administrative records and pulling/filing office charts among other duties. The Dental Business Office Assistant will also work with administrative scheduling, including maintaining office records, documenting patient dental treatments and transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling of office appointments. Other duties include maintaining office accounts receivable information, making financial arrangements with patients before treatments and ordering office and administrative supplies.

JOB PURPOSE

The NMC Total Truck Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair on all makes and models of heavy duty vehicles.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

* Completes diagnostics, repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop under limited supervision.

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of physical security and screening duties related to providing for the security and protection of the people, property, and operations of the Federal Reserve Bank. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify dangerous objects/items on persons, in bags, mail, deliveries, etc. and prevent the prohibited items from entering the facility and to facilitate access control duties at screening points. Requires the performance of various physical tasks including, but not limited to: using a metal detector, hand-wand, and x-ray machine; verifying personal identification and entering data into Law Enforcement (LE) data bases and facilitating access control and administration (including issuing ID badges); monitoring closed circuit television monitors, utilizing two-way LE radios, and assisting Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officers (FRLEOs). Key Activities:
* Utilizes effective customer service to protect lives and property through implementation of Department processes and procedures related to the operation of screening points.
* Operates threat detection equipment, including x-ray screening machines, handheld metal detectors, and walk-through metal detectors to screen for, and identify, dangerous or prohibited objects/items.
* Screens and verifies identification of people for appropriate entrance authorization through use of access control systems and detection of fraudulent forms of identification.
* Assists FRLEOs in handling emergency medical events at or in close proximity to screening points by providing radio communication to request advance medical care and when necessary performs first aid, CPR, automated external heart defibrillator, etc.
* Prepares detailed written Incident Reports of any incidents that occur at or near screening points in accordance with Bank and Department policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
* Conducts necessary machine performance and diagnostic tests, interprets results and makes an independent decision as to the extent of machine repair.
* Inspects, diagnoses, troubleshoots, services and repairs customer machines in a field environment.
* References and interprets service manuals, diagnostic software and parts books to determine problems/malfunctions and to verify repair specifications and parts needed.
* Verifies warranty information for parts still under warranty and handles return of core and remanufactured parts.
* Performs failure analysis on all equipment including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmission, power train, brakes, steering and electronic/computer applications.
* Uses troubleshooting methods to repair and diagnose machine and attachment failures and performs repairs according to time requirement guidelines (TRG) standards. Escalates unresolved issues to Technical Communicators for further research and assistance.
* Performs work in the field, shop, or at customer locations which can include overtime and overnight assignments.
* Repairs machines without error and consistently repairs machines within the time requirement guidelines.
* Repairs warranty and service letter issues efficiently and as soon as possible.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent required with 3 years of experience working in a similar role/industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required. OR Vocational training/Associates Degree in Applied Diesel Technology/Engine/Automotive/etc. preferred and 2 years of experience working in a similar role/industry and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* Experience diagnosing and repairing internal combustion engines (2 & 4 stroke, LP, diesel).
* Experience with various types of systems and components (hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, power train, electronic, electrical, air and fuel systems, ac/dc electrical theory, etc.) on a large number of different kinds of equipment.
* Possess and maintain a valid Class A Commercial drivers license with air brake experience.
* Experience operating a welding torch (electrical/gas) preferred.

Our Technical Customer Service incumbents typically:

Respond to inbound calls related to application, IT hardware and software products (may include POS terminals) or related inquiries
*
Diagnoses and resolves problems using documented procedures and checklists

* Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience

Skills and Experience Required:

Sales Representative- Eagle Division- Tri-City Area (Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings)

Summary: Performs functions to obtain sales, secure new business accounts and service the needs of the existing sales accounts with an assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Performs merchandising activities in accounts that would include stocking shelves, cleaning shelves, stocking cold boxes and building displays.

Under general direction, solicits business by personally visiting clients, attempting to interest prospective buyers and explaining the merit of product and its application.

Familiarizes established accounts with new products and developments.

Investigates and resolves customer complaints in accordance with company policy.

Keeps information on competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Informs company of competitive activity and conditions that would affect company interests.

Prepares price quotations, delivery dates and service obligations.

Job duties include working nights and weekends on promotional activities and other account activities.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.), and order processing systems (such as Logility, Microstrategy, and etc.) or the aptitude to learn. Other technology used in this occupation: Customer relationship management CRM software; Data base user interface and query software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Requires a current state driver’s license; ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements; and Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state

Other Requirements: Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
