Position Details:
* Facilitate response to request for services, including the initial response, the assessment and referral process, the designation of appropriate level of care, admission into services and appropriate follow up activity.
* Conduct initial evaluation, initiate the assessment, document patient symptomology, functioning, and needs for adolescents and adults.
* Provides information to MD for LOC determination.

Requirements:
* Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling preferred, RN licensure may be used in place of master’s degree or per state regulations.
* Valid Driver’s License and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report and proof insurance when using own auto.
* CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

Experience:
* Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility working with adult and geriatric patients preferred. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.

Under general supervision of a Senior Investigations Manager, the nurse investigator/investigator conducts investigations of abuse and neglect and other critical incidents as assigned and in accordance with generally accepted investigative standards and the OIS Investigations Manual. Forensic Community Coordinator

The Forensic Community Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the consumer, the court, the community, and the hospital. Essential components include:

Identify viable community behavioral health treatment options for State and Superior Courts seeking treatment as alternatives to incarceration:

Develop and maintain a working relationship with other agencies in the community to stay current about available resources

Serve as liaison between courts and community programs to facilitate service acquisition for individuals

Provide case management and educational sessions focused on competency remediation for individuals ordered by the State, Superior or Juvenile Court to receive these services in the community:

Provide educational training to individuals mandated to outpatient competency remediation services.

Alert forensic psychologist assigned to the case of competency status.

Provide documentation of sessions and other information to evaluating forensic psychologist.

Coordinate with Forensic State Office to ensure that the statewide community restoration tracking system is updated.

Facilitate referrals to other behavioral health treatment programs if needed.

Provide case management and oversight of individuals who have been adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) and conditionally released or have been adjudicated Not Competent to Stand Trial and Not Restorable (IST-NR) and released on civil outpatient commitment / bond with mental health monitoring.

Regular contact with individuals to monitor clinical status and assess progress in community integration.

Monthly contact with community agencies to verify attendance and participation and ascertain status.

Document of all client contacts and community agency contacts.

Provide monthly reports to the respective Hospital / Community Forensic Director(s) regarding an individual’s progress in relation to their Recovery Plan.

Provide to Forensic Program Associate at the hospital(s) all monthly contact notes for accurate entry into AVATAR.

Track and schedule dates for Court updates. Coordinate with forensic psychologist to complete status update reports for the Court.

Attend court hearings, as needed.

Participate at hospital recovery team meetings as required.

The Sales and Service Associate (grade 5) processes a variety of routine financial transactions including check cashing, withdraws, deposits, and loan payments. Balance cash drawer, counting currency and coin accurately. Assist customers in determining the types of account that will meet their financial needs. Opens and processes all types of deposit accounts and consumer lending needs. Cross-sells other bank services and refer customers to other departments as appropriate. Answers questions and/or resolves complex technical problems on customer accounts. Provides exceptional customer service.

Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities knowledge may be gained through coursework and on the job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required and/or job- specific training.

Specific Job Functions:
* Serves as primary customer contact for new account opening and account maintenance requests.
* Represents Bank in providing a complete range of customer services, explains available Bank product and service features and benefits, and gathers customer information to set up new accounts and process updates or to provide maintenance on existing accounts.
* Participates in Branch and Bank sales, service and product training meetings.
* Directly sells all Bank deposit products and services, including but not limited to: Checking, Savings, Money Market and Certificates of Deposit accounts.
* Promotes and introduces other financial institution services to customers, such as: consumer and mortgage loans, IRAs, certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, travelers checks and money orders.
* Thoroughly explains and closes Consumer Loans. Refers Mortgage loans, Investment and other non-deposit Bank products and services.

* Ensures the Customer Service Representative desk is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.
* Reports malfunctions of Teller and new account terminals and other equipment used.

* Teller Responsibilities to include:
+ Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
+ Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds.
+ Receives mortgage, consumer loan and other payments and ensures the payments match balances due. Enters payments into computer. Generates customer receipts.
+ Responsible for checking night depository bags and recording proper information on the financial institutions forms.
+ Counts, checks and packages coins and currency.
+ Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts to computer generated proof sheet. Reports any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary.
+ Ensures that the teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.
+ Keeps all cash and negotiable items secure at all times per Bank policy and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
* Thorough knowledge of all Bank deposit products.
* Knowledgeable and proficient in account opening and maintenance activities.
* Sales/Service skills – knowledge of bank products and services, sufficient to identify and fill customer and prospect needs, conduct sales/service dialogue with customers and prospects, and/or refer quality business.
