Pratt & Whitney (P&W) Military Engines (ME) is seeking an experienced Program Management (PM) Discipline Chief to provide strategic leadership across the ME PM value stream. This individual will work directly with senior and program leadership to define and improve PM skills, processes and tools. He/she will serve as the resident expert to all PM programs and work to improve PM productivity and program performance. This role is vital to support the high demands of our military business and to ensure full DoD compliance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Serving as the subject matter expert for the ME PM processes
* Defining and implementing a strategy to ensure that robust PM processes and methods are advantageous to Department of Defense (DoD) and customer requirements
* Working with the other ME discipline chiefs to leverage collective expertise to improve PM processes relative to efficiency and effectiveness
* Integrating and improving core PM tools, processes, standard work, best practices, and lessons learned across the value stream
* Defining core skill set and proficiency levels for PM professionals
* Defining key PM metrics tied to critical value stream processes and deliverables
* Creating practitioner training curriculum and proficiency assessment ratings
* Assisting in the resolution of critical PM process-related issues that directly impact business metrics (quality, cost, schedule deliverables, CPAR, etc.)
* Building requirements and resources for the PM University
* Conducting the ME PM Rotation program
* Providing guidance and mentoring of PM professionals
* Facilitating alignment of ME Discipline Chiefs and key functional groups relative to PM processes and enterprise-wide PM tools
* Participating on ACE council and leading events related to improving the PM processes across the value stream
* Driving continuous improvement through the use of ACE Operating System

This position includes direct employee management responsibilities.

Qualification:
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of program management experience within a large, matrixed organization on complex defense programs in a DoD environment, supporting large Federal government acquisitions
* Working knowledge of Federal and DoD contract types, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and procurement
* 5+ years of program management experience on a development program
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Proven experience working effectively across multiple functional areas in a heavily matrixed environment
* Proven experience and expertise in development standards and best practices
* Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others to achieve higher performance

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master’s degree is preferred (i.e. MBA)
* Project Management Professional (PMP) training and/or certification are highly desirable
* Highly collaborative and extensive experience in collaboration tools and processes
* Must be highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to influence change and drive positive outcomes
* Capable of influencing across a broad organization, building consensus and motivating others to action
* Demonstrated team-building skills
* Able to use SAP, Dassian, and other EV tools are a plus
* Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written), working with all levels of the organization, including excellent presentation skills
* Works effectively under time pressure and able to manage stress
* Practical understanding of P&W operations, products, processes and tools is desirable
* ACE associate certification or equivalent six sigma experience is a plus

Education: BS degree in business, engineering, project management or other related field required.

Position Details:
* Responsible for overall financial administration of the hospitals, including revenue cycle, general accounting, information systems and financial reporting in accordance with all hospital and corporate policies and procedures.

The Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer position is an Executive level position reporting to the VP, North American Legal Affairs & General Counsel. * Demonstrated experience implementing and managing US compliance functions for a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the required elements of compliance programs as outlined in the US Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, and the FDA rules and regulations.

Primary Job Duties
Review every month the frequency for all our carriers programs and compare the to each other and to industry averages.
Review every month the severity for all of our carriers programs and compare the to each other and to industry averages.
Data Mining for what is causing any abnormal frequency or severity. This will identify any client location or state that may be causing the abnormalities so actions can be taken.
Provide reports on hazard groups by carrier program and totals.
Provide reports on mix of business by carrier program and totals.
Provide reports on mix of business adverse change.
Provide reports on possible fraud flags.
Data mining for medical providers charging excessive rates.
Work with underwriting department to make sure that pricing model throughout the enterprise is adequate.
Work with the carrier actuaries and underwriters to identify anything that they are seeing as a trend.
Work with understanding department to help validate ultimate losses on large clients.
Make recommendations to management on verticals that we should not be in and verticals that we should be entering.
Work with CFO to peg total ultimate loss ratio by carrier program so the CFO can start beefing reserves if needed.
Work with outside independent Actuary if the company hires one for end of year audit.
Provide reports that look at our data at a deeper level. Like clients with an high average age of employee have higher frequency than low average age. That can became a pricing factor.
Successful Candidates Ideally Possess:
Preferred 5+ years experience in Workers Compensation actuarial review and analysis
