Qualifications and Skills

* 5 years of Human Resources Management experience as an HR Lead in a company with high-tech professional staff and a manufacturing production workforce.
* Requires comprehensive knowledge and background in benefits, employment law, compensation, leadership development, organizational development, staffing and business principles.
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Business. PHR/SPHR certification is desirable.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and possess high integrity.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work in fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
* Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
* Ability to professionally interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Managing Attorney with 5 years of litigation experience

Albuquerque office of our client seeks managing attorney with 5 years of litigation experience. The candidate has court appearances, document review and preparation, suit decisions, interacting with litigation, post judgment and collection staff, communicating and negotiating with consumers and attorneys. Understands all client policies and procedures and conducts all firm business within those guidelines. Researches and understands laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court rules and regulations, including industry trends and conducts all firm business within those guidelines. Prepares cases attends court hearing, conference calls, consulting client witnesses; completing discovery process; developing case and testimony; completing filings, motions, and submissions; supervising paralegal. Manages cases by monitoring schedules; expediting requirements; obtaining and forwarding information. Supports firm and clients by initiating and maintaining open communications; and keeping firm informed of any issues with workflow or policy changes. Maintains cost standards by monitoring expenses; recommending cost-saving opportunities. Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes. Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Must have thorough knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement. Experience in customer service and/or collections would be a plus.
