What does a Best Buy Inventory Specialist do?

* This position is responsible to receive and ship merchandise to/from store and to stock merchandise in the warehouse or on the sales floor.

80% of your time you will:

Receive and ship store merchandise:
* Removes merchandise from truck and compare against packing list.
* Applies security tag to product and moves it to sales floor or warehouse storage.
* Packages merchandise for shipment and completes bill of lading for transfers
* Packages merchandise for shipment to return to Distribution Centers.
* Operates equipment according to company safety standards to assist in moving merchandise.
* Stocks merchandise on the sales floor.
* Assists in the receiving of drop shipments
* Prepares merchandise for home delivery.
* Accurately documents movement of merchandise.
* Completes paperwork for store receiving, transfers, home delivery, DEVO, Junk Out.

10% of your time you will:

Provide and maintain store appearance:
* Ensures clean parking lot, sidewalks, store entry, aisles, restrooms, warehouse area.
* Properly disposes of debris, boxes.

10% of your time you will:

Provides carryout service for customers:
* Safely loads merchandise in customers vehicle.
* Verifies receipt against merchandise.

What are the professional requirements of an Inventory Specialist?

Basic Qualifications

Field Service Technician

Standard

Position is a field position with up to 75% travel and on-call responsibility. Applicant must be a self motivator. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer training on Motorola Land Mobile Radio Products. This equipment includes Conventional, Trunking, Simulcast, Analog and Digital technologies.

* Will have a detailed understanding of Motorola systems permitting the individual to assist in the design, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Motorola’s various product lines.

* Will be able to verbalize and communicate concepts and recommendations to the customer and within other Motorola organizations.

* Will be able to coordinate projects in the field and successfully implement and complete these projects.

* Will have detailed understanding of networking including the OSI Model. Understand how OSI Layer 2 and 3 networks apply to backhaul connectivity.

* Will have a thorough understanding of RSS/CPS software and how to program subscribers.

* Will have a thorough understanding of Network Management applications and how to configure devices in a 7.x Zone Core.

* Install, optimize and maintain new radio voice and data systems

* Directly Interface with Systems Support Center, Dispatch Operations, Product Groups, System Engineering, System Integration and third party contractors. Responsible for insuring the Terms and Conditions of the warranty/maintenance contact are met -this will include on-call. This may include but not limited to: System Service, Configuration Management, Site Management, User Support Service, Vendor Management, and Operational Assessment. Coordinate service activities and ensure compliance to all contractual requirements including response/restoration time commitment.
* 3 plusyears field experience as a Field Service Technician.
* Experience with logging recording systems, RF interfaces, wired/wireless communications systems and networking equipment

* The Candidate must have excellent skills in the use of various communications test equipment including:
+ Communication System Analyzers
+ Ethernet Link test sets
+ T1 Test Sets
+ TIMS (Transmission Impairment Measurement Set)
+ Digital RF Power Meter

* Ideally the individual should have at least one network certification of the following,Network+,CCNA or similar
* Must have experience with one of the following: P25, LMR, Smartnet, SmartZone, RF infrastructure, ASTRO systems, radios and consoles.
* Must have a current, valid driver’s license

District Business Manager, Cardiovascular, Arkansas-Louisiana

The District Business Manager (DBM) will lead sales professionals to deliver strong performance for ELIQUIS in a highly competitive market.

Individual in this role will translate strategy to action, creating and setting a vision for the team, and building a productive and innovative team culture.

DBM will develop, communicate and execute business plan for District including retail and hospital strategy across all indications.

Must understand and be able to explain the brands strategies and translate national/regional plans to business plans for the District and territories.

DBM will set goals and expectations of performance, set priorities, and ensure appropriate targeting and allocation of resources.

DBM will also utilize data to analyze business trends and enhance district plans and goals by providing direction to representatives on relevant growth opportunities.

Individual will also model, coach and provide feedback on messaging and selling skills to enhance impact of representatives in engaging customers.

They will serve as a resource for District product and disease state knowledge.

Responsible for effectively and consistently managing individual and District performance, taking accountability, and taking appropriate actions, when necessary.

DBM must also be focused on developing themselves as well as their team to improve performance in current role and to prepare for future roles.

DBM must have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including reimbursement environment, competitors, and local market dynamics and issues related to both hospital and retail markets.

They will be expected to build strong relationships and network with key decision makers, local opinion leaders, and stakeholders to support business needs and sales objectives.

Must understand and comply with all laws, regulations and policies.

Individual will serve as a member of Region Leadership Team, and will be expected to provide strategic and local perspective and insights, contributing to region-level issues and initiatives.

Individual will work collaboratively across matrix sales organization to appropriate address customer needs, and ensure delivery of sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

The individual in this role must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical sales, or equivalent experience in leading across matrix teams is highly desirable.

Prior experience in the Cardiovascular disease therapeutic area is also desirable.

Hospital experience preferred.

Individual should have a proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals.

Individual should also have a successful track record of selecting, developing and retaining talented individuals.

Applicants should have previous experience that has required the use of analytical skills, selling skills, and the development of strong business acumen, as well as a working knowledge of the market access environment.

Strong skills in the following areas are required: oral and written communications, negotiation, strategic analysis, leadership, teambuilding and effective coaching to improve performance.
