A Geek Squad Counter Intelligence Agent is a brand ambassador for both the Geek Squad and Best Buy brands. As the solutions expert, the Counter Intelligence Agent manages the Geek Squad check-in and check-out experience for customers and helps them find the complete solution that works for them. They handle the administrative functions within the precinct as well as assessing, testing and repairing both customer and store products. Their knowledge of services, technology and business group strategies in partnership with the sales team ensures no customer is ever left unserved or underserved.

60% of your time you will:
* Engage customers using selling skills to provide solutions aligning with the customers definition of fix.
* Maintain and service products including repairs to fulfill the customers definition of fix.

40% of your time you will:
* Perform administrative duties within the precinct and manage department communication.
* Perform product shipping and receiving, light touch maintenance and repair of products.
* Engage with sales team, explaining services and technology to help them achieve business group goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

What youll do on a typical day:
* Lead discussions of business intelligence solutions and reporting tools by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying system flows, data usage, work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the development lifecycle
* Review and adopt changes for operational feasibility of business intelligence and reporting tools by evaluating analysis, requirements, system constraints, solution developments, and proposed solutions

The Information Security Engineer position requires an information security professional who is results oriented, multi-disciplined, and comfortable in implementing system security solutions in multi-vendor environments. This position is responsible for the research, technical analysis, configuration, and administration of systems and procedures to ensure the protection of information processed, stored or transmitted in Mayo Clinic’s computing environments. This position assists with the security design, consultation, and technology governance oversight for various projects and initiatives. The incumbent also assists system users relative to information systems security matters and undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. This position acts as information security liaison to various business units and the information technology department. This position receives general supervision and guidance from Information Security Directors and Senior Information Security Engineers.
