Quality Auditor – 1st Shift

As the Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer orders and double checking the accuracy of quality control measures. What youll do on a typical day:
* Review NCI report to identify inventory that cannot be accepted for various reasons
* Identify reasons for nonconformity
* Correct product issues preventing acceptance into inventory
* Maintain and order supplies for testing

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Itd be great if you also have:
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment; consult with team members and management as needed
* Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
* Highly organized with proven ability to multitask

Experienced Auditor – Global Assurance:

The Experienced Internal Auditor assists with integrated internal audits and special reviews to provide assurance regarding the existence and effectiveness of financial, operational, and/or technology internal controls. The incumbent executes routine audit assignments in accordance with accepted professional and departmental standards and prepares formal written reports to management summarizing audit results and solutions to mitigate risk and improve operations.

Principal Accountabilities:
Create accurate, logical and detailed work-papers clearly describing the work performed, results of testing and conclusions reached.
Establish positive rapport with internal and external customers.
Execute routine audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and verify compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Partner with more senior members of the team to report audit observations to management and ensure management develops acceptable solutions to mitigate risks.

Skills & Software Requirements:
Microsoft Professional Office Applications, including MS PowerPoint. Data Analysis tools (ACL, Business Objects, MS Access) and TeamMate or similar electronic work paper tools desirable but not required.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) (preferred but not required)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred but not required)

Work Experience:
1 to 3+ Years Relevant Experience is Typical
