Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

* Overall 4+ years of hands on software development and maintenance experience in IT industry, 3 or more years related experience in Requirement Gathering, functional documentation & Testing.
* Hands on experience in Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Elaboration and Requirements documentation.
* Good working knowledge of Requirement Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
* Excellent functional testing skills (manual testing, black box testing).
* Experience in SQL queries to create and manipulate test data.
* Experience in working in Agile Development Methodologies
* Experience in working with diversified teams, stakeholders.
* Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills.
* Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for Agile Scrum would be a plus

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
