Work-Life Balance
At DCT, we realize that professionals will all have different commitments outside of their regular work schedule. We do our best to accommodate these by considering caseloads, time zones and settings of the service delivered. At brick-and-mortar locations, it’s difficult to achieve a satisfying caseload balance and specialize in a given area. However, we encourage and promote different specialities within our offering. This allows for even more flexibility in delivering the types of services that bring you the most professional satisfaction.
What else can we offer?
Collaboration & Support
This can sometimes be a scary thing when considering working remotely. However, we ensure that all of our employees are easily connected, at all times, with diverse, multidisciplinary colleagues across the country and even around the world. Have a quick question right before a therapy session? Hop on our break room app and get a response within a few seconds. We’re here for you. Really.
A change in scenery, if you will.
The advantage of working remotely with DCT is that we can connect you with a diverse caseload if you are needing a change in pace. This is important to ensure you are gaining the most from your career and following your professional aspirations. Do you have an idea of your desired change in caseload a year from now? Let us know. We’re happy to chat!
